About Me

The person behind the apron.

A sixth form student in Cambridge, currently studying Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Computer Science - predicted four A*s, and applying to Oxbridge to study maths.

Physically capable and calm under pressure, I’m used to fast-paced, demanding environments where standards don’t slip regardless of what’s in front of you.

Outside of work I keep red-eyed tree frogs and toads, have a dog and cats at home, train regularly at the gym, and cook large meals for family events.

Millworks & The Astronomer

Full service through the peak summer season at Millworks, handling 300 to 400 covers a night, five days a week, with additional shifts at The Astronomer in Eddington. Ran the commercial dishwasher at pace, hand-washed everything else, and completed full end-of-shift cleans. Worked closely with chefs, covering shifts at short notice.
